Rumors have been swirling that Apple may have to unlock the iPhone. According to a French law established in 1998 that keeps a network operator from locking a phone for more than six months after release. Apple has yet to comment. Could the people finally get an offical unlock from Apple? Will we be forced to buy unlocked iPhones from France? Only time will tell.
